- the information you enter on the App and Services such as your Nick Name, birthday, Gender and Profile
Photo;
- the information corresponding to your access or use of the App and/or Services such as your searches of the
mosque or Quran verses, the prayer requests you post, or those that you have indicated to have prayed for.
- modifications to any of your settings;
- image, audio or video files uploaded by you with consent in Feedback or anywhere else in the app;
- and where you sign up or log in with your account on a third-party site (such as your Facebook account or Google
account), the personal data that you have provided to the relevant third party site, to the extent allowed by your
account settings with the third-party site or otherwise authorized by you;
- Commercial information: information relating to your membership (i.e. your subscription plan(s) and/or
service(s) ordered)
- Communications and Support: If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern, we collect and
store your contact information, messages, and any other data you provide or that we collect through automated
means (which we cover below). We use this data to respond to you and research your question or concern, in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We also receive, store and process information, including personal data, when you access or use the App, including
but not limited to:
- device-specific information relating to your device for example your device brand and model, operating system
version, device language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA), and mobile network information (such as your
mobile carrier);
- your geolocation information, including but not limited to IP addresses used to connect your device to the
internet, GPS data, and network services data; Application-specific information relating to the App; like
application version number, activity on the App, and Subscription status.
- when you use the App, some features other than the Prayer Times (such as Qibla or Mosque finder) also require
your geolocation information. Geolocation information will always be stored on your device. When you use such
functions, this information is transferred to our servers but is never retained by us.
- analytics that our analytics service providers - Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google
Firebase Crashlytics give us.
- and application specific information relating to the App for example the application version number, activity on
the App, the date you installed the App onto your device, and the date you last used the App.

We may also send information about the content that you watched or your activities on the Services to such third party in order to upgrade your experience on the Services.
We may disclose your Personal Information to members of our corporate group (that is, entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with us) to the extent this is necessary for services, customer management, customization of content, advertising, analytics, verifications, functionality and security, and compliance.

We may share your Personal Information with any third-party that purchases, or to which we transfer, all or substantially all of our assets and business. In accordance with the Applicable Rules, you have the rights to access, correct, delete, and when applicable to request the portability of your personal information at any time. You can also send us feedback to request us to delete the information you provided at any time. Once we have received your feedback, we will delete the information you have specified within three working days.
For advertisements, we use Google ads. Google may use the advertising ID from your device on which the ad is serving to generate interest and demographics, data may be used to serve better targeted to reflect the use of personalized advertising served via the Google Mobile Ads SDK. We assure you that the ads we show you are not personalized and that we share no information with these third parties. The reason we are using advertisements in our app is that our revenue model is based on ads. To provide you with a better experience, at any point in time, if you find any inappropriate ad, or not according to your taste, you can report or block it on Muslim Muna.
We will retain your Personal Information and other information for as long as you maintain your Muslim Muna
account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Mine > Settings > Account >Delete Account, or
through sending email to support@muslimmuna.com. Following such request with appropriate review by us, we will
delete the data that it is not required to retain for purposes of regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other
legal requirements. For example, we retains location, device, and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable
period as may be necessary; while it retains such data, it may also use it for purposes of safety, security, fraud
prevention and detection, and research and development, for example, if we deactivate a user’s account because of
unsafe behavior or security incidents, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user
from opening a new Muslim Muna account in the future. In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete your
account, such as if there’s a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the
issue preventing deletion, we will delete the account as described above.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy
Policy in effect at the time such information is used. We will notify you if we make changes that we think will
have a substantial impact on your rights. Otherwise, you agree to accept any changes or updates to this Privacy
Policy by continuing to use our Services.
